What do we need to do?
1) Register for the team, AAU #, USA #. Discounts available for ArKids & Reduced Lunch recipients.
2) Make sure your pool membership is up to date for Pocahontas location.
3) Have a well fitting one piece swimsuit for girls or jammers for boys.
4) Have a good pair of goggles and a tinted backup pair for outdoor swimming.

What does the registration fee cover?
1) All regularly scheduled PAC practices with our trained staff.
2) Practice gear. The team provides fins, kickboards, pull buoys, paddles, and more gear for team members to use at practice.

Starfish - 45-60 minutes
Yellow - 45-60 minutes
Red - 90-120 minutes
White & Blue - 90-120 minutes
- Learn the basics of swim team.
- Practice 2-4 times per week
- Freestyle, backstroke, beginning breaststroke, beginning butterfly, basic flip-turns and basic dives.
Yellow - 45-60 minutes
- Learn the basics of swim team.
- Practice 2-4 times per week
- Become legal in 4 competitive stokes, starts, and turns.
Red - 90-120 minutes
- Practice 4-5 times per week
- Legal swims in 4 competitive stokes, IM, starts, and turns.
White & Blue - 90-120 minutes
- 4-5 practices per week - Monday-Friday available practice times
- Legal swims in 50 & 100 plus 200 Free, 400 Free, 200 IM, 200 Back and either the 200 Breast or 200 Fly. If over 13, mile time.
