Head Coach & Lesson Director - Anna Lawhon Coach Anna's parents wanted to make sure she could swim and some of her first memories are of Mommy and Me lessons when they lived in Texas. Mrs. Lawhon grew up swimming on a summer age group team in Southern Illinois.
Coach Anna began teaching private and group swim lessons in 1995. She is a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, and served on the PAC board before becoming head coach. She is an AAU Swim Coach, USA Swim Coach, ASCA level 2 coach, is the Treasurer of South Wind Swim Conference, and has been the Head Coach for the SWSC Junior Olympics team since 2018.
Coach Anna is also a current swim mom. Her daughter has been swimming, with the Dolphins since the summer of 2012. Coach Lawhon holds degrees from Arkansas State University in Management, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Logistics.
Head Location Coach Walnut Ridge - Skylar Frazier Miss Frazier began coaching for the PAC Dolphins 6 years ago. She is a Junior at the University of the Ozarks and is a double athlete for their tennis and swim teams.
