- Saturday - 6 Individual Events & 2 Relays
- Sunday - 7 Individual Events & 1 Relay
Entry Fees:
- $6.00 Entry Fee per individual event
- $12.00 Entry Fee per Relay
- $35 - Facility, ARSI, and Club Surcharge
- Deck Entries will be allowed for an additional fee - $12.00 Additional Deck Entry Fee
PAC Entry Deadline:
- All entries must be received by 8pm on Sunday, September 21nd, 2025
- Please register for the meet in your Parent Portal.
Eligibility:
- All USA Swimming registered athletes are eligible, and the 2025 rules will govern the swim meet. Entrant’s age as of September 26th, 2025 will determine age for the duration of the meet.
Warm-Up/Meet Start Schedule:

- Warm-Ups: 4PM & Meet starts at 5PM.
- Warm-Ups: 8AM & Meet starts at 9AM.
- Warm-Ups: 12PM & Meet starts at 1PM.
- Warm-Ups: 7AM & Meet starts at 8AM.
Rules & Safety:
- Portions of the pool deck will be closed to spectators.
- Spectators will be required to remain in designated areas.
- Spectators will not be allowed on the pool deck in certain areas, only registered athletes, coaches, officials and meet workers will be allowed in these areas.
- Spectator areas and closed areas will be marked.
- Swimmers must dry off before leaving the pool/locker room area. Wet swimmers will not be allowed outside of the pool area. Shirts and shoes must be worn upon leaving the pool/locker room area.
