How to Register for a Swim Meet
When a swim meet is open for registration you should receive an email inviting you to sign up.
- Click the link, in your email to sign up for the meet.
- Or go to your Parent Portal.
Enter your email and password.
Click on "VIEW MEETS"
Choose "Attending or NOT Attending"
Please make sure to press "SAVE"

Common Questions
Can I change my meet declaration from attending to not attending or the opposite?
Yes, you can change your attendance status anytime before the entry deadline.
If it is after the entry deadline, can it be changed?
It depends, please contact Coach Anna if it is after the deadline.
Why is there no charge for regular summer league meets?
We are part of the South Wind Swim Conference. The regular SWSC meets are included in your summer fees.
How much are other swim meets?
It depends. Some meet fees are based on per event, other meets have a flat fee.
Billing? When do I get billed for a meet?
The billing is done 3-7 days after a meet. The fee is pulled from the card you have on file with the team.
