General Meet Information
Seating
- Spectator bleacher seating will be available.
- The road will still be blocked off for safety and tents.
- Swimmers will have assigned bleacher seating.
Coaches & Officials
- Please be ready to show your credentials and sign in at the Meet Marshal table.
- All deck traffic will be directed through the Meet Marshal station.
- Lunch will be provided each day.
- Snacks & drinks will be available in hospitality.
- Coach seating will be provided.
BONUS Events - no charge if swimmer is part of the meet.
- Saturday - 400 IM & 1500
- Sunday - 400 Free
- Please be prepared to provide your own timer and counter for these events.
Heat Sheets
- Are included in the meet fees.
- They will be available to download before the session begins.
- Coaches & Officials heat sheets will be printed after the scratches has been submitted.
Important Notes
- The age up for this meet has been set to July 28, 2026 per the information provided by AAU.
- AAU was not able to provide an age-up date for the 12&U. It is also set to 7/28/26.
- Times will be verified to ensure athletes with cuts are marked exhibition. Coaches are notified when this occurs.
- Please review the event list for age groups.
Entry Deadline
- Entry Deadline - midnight on Monday, February 9, 2026,
- Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Each team must submit a coach and athlete roster including a list of their AAU #'s with entries
- Additional entry info in the meet document pdf.
